Leading teams is at the root of executing strategy. Without people, it’s impossible to accomplish the mission of the organization. In this session, participants will hone their skills in setting and communicating SMART goals, being an effective coach, and providing constructive feedback. We will also expand on the importance of delegation and develop action plans allowing team members to feel empowered and valued – not demotivated and micromanaged.
