Lynn serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for the NCBA. When asked to name the most important factor that has contributed to her success she immediately responds with “my team!” Lynn is quick to give any credit for success to her team’s efforts to always put the best interests of the organization ahead of self-interests and to never say the word “can’t.” Talk to Lynn for just a few minutes and it will be obvious that her appreciation for the team members and their families is at the forefront of her day-to-day management style.
