BEFCOR is a non-profit SBA 504 and CDFI Lender that assists small businesses in NC. For over 40 years, our SBA 504 program has provided loans to businesses who are financing or refinancing fixed assets — a traditional lender, such as a bank, finances a portion of the project costs, and BEFCOR/SBA 504 finances up to 40%. SBA 504 loans usually range from $25,000-$5 million. Our CDFI Loans assist businesses needing financing in amounts up to $150,000 for a variety of needs. Our efforts support and build communities by helping small businesses access low cost, well-structured financing.
