BEFCOR is a North Carolina non-profit SBA 504 Lender and Certified Development Financial Institution, "CDFI".  Working collaboratively with other lenders and resources, we assist emerging and expanding small businesses with low cost, well-structured financing options.  For 40 years, the organization's creative and mission-driven team has supported thousands of NC small businesses in financing growth and expansion.

Our programs offer financing ranging from $5,000-$5,500,000 and can work in conjunction with traditional lenders.  We also finance businesses that may not yet be ready for traditional lending options.  With BEFCOR's reasonable and affordable financing terms, our borrowers save money, grow faster, and build for a stronger future.
