The Learning Center
Established in 2026, the NCBA Learning Center brings bankers, educators, industry experts and future banking professionals together at the North Carolina Bankers Association headquarters in Raleigh.
The space hosts in-person training, professional development programs and BankWork$ workforce training, and is also home to the Carolina Banker Podcast studio.

FinCEN has issued a rule naming a Cambodian firm, the Huione Group, as a financial institution of primary money laundering concern, cutting it off from the U.S. financial system. FinCEN said the firm is a conduit for money obtained through romance scams and other cybercrimes.
